Buy Here Pay Here

This screen allows you to work with dealer finance accounts. The various tabs across the top of the screen control the various functions of the Buy Here Pay Here module. The tabs include the following :

Loan Look up (shown) -- Allows you to look and click an account to post a
                                           payment. Loans can be selected by Status and/or
                                           arranged by Loan Number, Name, Make, Model,
                                           Contract Date (Ascending or Descending). A/R
                                           Late Charges and Bad Check charges are charged
                                           from this screen.

Deposits -- Each payment is associated with a Deposit

Payment Entry – Once the loan is selected, Payments can be applied

Payment Schedule – The anticipated payments to be made on the loan

Collection Events – Phone calls, emails, or other contacts with the
                                 customer are entered and edited from this screen
 
Deal Info – Details of the Loan

Customer Info – Information about the Customer

Notes – Other notes made about the customer, vehicle or deal
